How we work
We are deliberately a small operation. The tradeoff is that we do not run six crews across the metro at once. What you get in exchange is that an owner sees your job, quotes your job, and is reachable while your job is happening.
Most of our work comes from two places: storm damage, and homeowners who want the exterior of the house handled by one company instead of four. Both of those depend entirely on doing what we said we would do, which is why we would rather turn down a job than rush it.
What we will tell you
If your roof does not need replacing, we will say so. If a storm claim is not going to hold up, we will say that too. There is a lot of noise in this trade after a hail event, and plenty of people knocking doors who will not be in business in three years. We live here.
