Privacy Policy
Last updated August 23, 2026.
Advance Construction Pros (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates advanceconstructionpros.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website and to the enquiries and work that come through it.
Information you give us
Most of the information we hold is information you give us directly, when you fill in a form on this site, call or text us, email us, or talk to us about a job. That usually includes:
- your name
- your phone number and email address
- the address of the property the work relates to
- details about the work you are asking about, which may include photographs you send us
- notes from our conversations, estimates and scheduling
We ask for this because we cannot quote or carry out roofing and exterior work without it. You do not have to give it to us, but we will not be able to help if you do not.
Information collected automatically
When you visit this site, some information is collected automatically by analytics tools, including your approximate location, the browser and device you are using, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, and the site or search that sent you here. This is used to understand how the site is performing. We do not use it to identify you personally.
The tools that collect it are described in our Cookie Policy.
How we use your information
- to respond to your enquiry and prepare an estimate
- to schedule, carry out and follow up on work
- to invoice you and keep our business records
- to contact you about your project, including by phone, text message and email
- to understand how this website is used so we can improve it
- to meet legal, tax, insurance and permitting obligations
Calls, texts and email
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you at that number about your enquiry or your project, including by text message. Message and data rates may apply. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text, by telling us on a call, or by emailing us. We will still contact you where we need to about work already scheduled or in progress.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to run the business:
- Service providers. Our website is hosted on WordPress.com, operated by Automattic, and we use Google Analytics to measure site traffic. These providers process limited information on our behalf under their own terms.
- Suppliers and subcontractors. Where a job requires it, we share the property address and the details of the work with material suppliers or trades working with us.
- Insurers and adjusters. If your work involves an insurance claim, and you ask us to, we may share job documentation with your insurer or their adjuster.
- Legal and safety. Where we are required to by law, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as it takes to answer you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. We keep records of completed work, invoices and warranties for as long as we need them for tax, insurance and warranty purposes.
Your choices
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
- You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, or by telling us.
- You can stop text messages by replying STOP.
- You can control cookies through your browser, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on. See our Cookie Policy.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites
This site links to other websites, including map and social media services. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you send information to us at your own risk.
